Terms of service.
Expectations - Clients are highly suggested to follow pre and post care instructions for best results. Client forms and pre care information are sent via email after booking. Clients are expected to fill out these forms and return to me as soon as possible. No guests are allowed at your appointment, unfortunately I have no extra space! Please be on time and allow for cushion time in your travel for the unknown. I require a $150 non - refundable deposit to book. All clients will receive touch ups at the touch up pricing for up to 18 months after initial appointment. After that time limit has expired clients will be asked to book as a “New client" regardless of the amount of work needing to be done. I include a consult as a part of every appointment to tailor which style best suits my client and their desired results. I am not currently taking previous work done by other artists. I will cancel and refund your deposit.
Rescheduling - Your deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to another appointment if reschedule/cancellation is made with 72 hour notice of original appointment. Your deposit will be valid for one month! Please note if you reschedule less than 72 hours in advance, in some cases you will be required to place a new deposit to reschedule. If you reschedule within a 48 hour timeframe or no show, you may be charged a fee for your missed appointment.
